10/15/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a mobile home fire. Arrived and the units were clearing the site and the fire investigators were on site checking for cause of the fire. The fire started in the center of the mobile home in a laundry room going into the hallway and into the living room. The interior has heavy smoke damage and burning of the walls and ceilings through out. The carpet has burned where used for flooring. Windows have broken from the fire and to vent the mobile home with doors burning in the front of the mobile home. The damage to the mobile home is not livable and has been condemned at this time. The gas meter has been capped by Southwest Gas and the lifeline remove from the pedistal and the breaker turned off. The owner has been transported to the hospital and the son not able to have the mobile home secured. The son gave permission to have the mobile home secured due to not able to get the mobile home secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the mobile home secured. Redcross has been called to the site to assist is placement of the owner and son. Did talk to the son on doing the demo of the mobile home on the property will require a permit and if the mobile home is removed by transport, the person taking the mobile home will have to get the permit to transport on the road. The son signed the paperwork, did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and property was secured by Arcaiden Industries the City of Tucson Contractor. RV.
