Arrived on site to find front curb area clean and clear, Property is secured by locked gates in front and fenced all the way around. "NO Trespassing" sign in front. Property is secured and no signs of anyone living there. Past work order show the owner is deceased, the property is secured and posted with no intimate danger not unless someone illegally trespasses. Will move to close out this case |
