NEW DECKING IN EAVE AREA.
THERE IS A NEW REAR WOOD FRAMED ADDITION ABUTTING THE REAR OF THE DWELLING. THERE IS NEW PLUMBING VENT PIPE ON ROOF. THE WESTSIDE OF THE DWELLING HAS A TRENCH WITH NEW ABS DRAIN PIPES AND COPPER WATER LINES. THE REAR OF THE ADDITION HAS NEW OUTLET WITH WIRING.
TEP SERVICE ENTRANCE CONDUCTORS RUN FROM POLE TO THE REAR OF THE EXISTING DWELLING.. SINCE THE NEW ADDITION WAS BUILT AND ADDED TO THE REAR OF THE DWELLING, THE SE CONDUCTORS WOULD BE RESTING ON THE ROOF, THE OWNER HAS PLACE A 2 X 4 X 2 WOOD SUPPORT TO KEEP THE CONDUCTOR FROM RESTING ON THE ROOF. THE WEATHER HEAD IS NOW INCHES FROM THE NEW ROOF COVERING. ONE THE SE CONDUCTORS IS NOT CONNECTED OR PROTECTED AND ENERGIZED. THIS IS UNSAFE AND HAZARDOUS. TEP WAS CALLED TO DISCONNECT POWER.
