THE 2 BDRM, 2BATH HAD TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE UNIT, ALSO FOUND DIRTY CLOTHESSCATTERED EVERYWHERE THRU OUT THE UNIT. TPD CONFISCATED GUNS FOUND IN THE REAR BEDROOM. OCCUPANTS AIRES AVALOS AND CODY TURNER BOTH STATED THEY HAD PLACES TO STAY, CODY WAS ON HIS WAY TO WORK. THE UNIT WAS A 2ND STORY UNIT, HAD ONLY THE FRONT DOOR AND FRONT WINDOW THAT COULD BE ACCESSED, WINDOW WAS BROKEN. BUT MAINTANENCE WAS TO REPLACE THE BROKEN GLASS TODAY. TPD LOCKED AND WALKED OUT THE FRONT DOOR. WINDOW WAS POSTED WITH UNFIT TO OCCUPY NOTICE AND EMERGENCY VACATE NOV POSTED BELOW. OCCUPANT AIRES AVALOS SIGNED FOR THE NOV, UNDERSTOOD THEY COULD OT BE THERE PAST SUNSET.

LATER RECEIVED CALL FROM MANAGER WHO STATED MAINTANENCE GUYS FOUND THE POSTING AND NOV WHILE REPLACING THE FRONT WINDOW, ASKED MANAGER SINCE THEY REPLACED WINDOW AND CHANGE LOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR SO THAT OCCUPANTS HAD TO BO THRU THE MANAGER TO GET IN AND CLEAN THE UNIT.
