Called out and found both utility and service-side covers and dead front missing exposing live electrical parts. Three A/C's blocking egress and broken windows. Several interior electrical hazards are present. TEP called to disconnect power at pole. Board-up called. Front door left for acces to remove belongings. Inspector Vidal issued NOV and spoke with occupants. Unit posted "DO NOT ENTER" |
