Arrived and found 3-people in the unit and walk the unit and found extension cords on the ground with surge prootectors and added extension cords to lights in other rooms. Did find a dog with food, food for people and a female staying in the unit and not doing anything to clean. Did observe other people outside the masonary wall looking as leaving the unit and trying to get back in the house. Did talk to Irvin Nutts and he will not be doing any repairs due to on the demo list for the widen project. He was not able to come to the site until tomorrow. We are having issues with the people coming at night into the house and the neighbors have stated that having issues with burglary's in the area. Did talk to the administator on securing the property and was given permission to have the house boarded up. The electrical had already been removed at the pole and was getting power from next door on extensiosn cords that were buried in the ground. No paperwork given due to it was the same person and left the site. Had to redo the posting of Do Not Enter on the plywood due to covered the signs. Arcaiden Industries called to the property to secure the property. RV. |
