Met with the son who is working on vehicles in the front of the house. Has built a wood frame carport that is detached from the house approx. 16' x 20'. The son has a tax license and nothing else. Did advised that he will need to talk to zoning at Planning and Development Services Department to have the home occupation on the property. Did go over the amount of vehicles that are being parked in the street. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
