Arrived on site two fine this vacant structure with fencing all the way around and property is secure. Could see weeds and grass over 6 in and it a dry state in front yard both side yards and rear yard to include alley easement. Trash and debris could also be seen in rear yard will move to notice of violation on this out-of-state owner |
