THE FOLLOWING IS INTERIOR DAMAGE WAS NOT CAUSED BY VEHICLE IMPACT,, THE GARAGE CEILING'S DRYWALL HAS BEEN TORN APART AND THE HVAC TUBING WAS PULLED DOWN AND DAMAGED. THERE ARE MULTIPLE HOLES IN THE DRYWALL IN THE CEILING AND WALLS IN THE HALLWAY, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, HALLWAY BATHROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM. ONE OF THE LIVING ROOMS HOLES HAS ROMEX PULLED OUT AND CUT, THE ROMEX IN ENERGIZED. THE HALLWAY'S CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE IS HANGING AND BEING SUPPORTED BY ITS OWN CONDUCTORS THERE IS LARGE AMOUNTS OF INSULATION IN ALL ROOM. THIS IS CLEARLY VANDALISM FROM THE WAY THE DRYWALL HAS BEEN DESTORYED DURING REMOVAL. CALLED TEP TO BOOT METER OFF. DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED.PLCARD AND NOTICE AND ORDER WAS POSTED CLOSE CASE

THERE IS A LARGE PILE AND GARBAGE BAGS AND TRASH IN FRONT OF THE FRONT EXIT DOOR

THIS HOME IS RENTAL TENANT WAS REMOVED BY TPD.

THE HOME WAS CONDEMNED, PLACARD POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY..
