Arrived on site and knocked on door and met with property owner, state is not remodeling the property only painting the exterior and has replaced one bathtub. Bathtub in the rear yard along with paint cans and paint brushes. Patio area was tape off showing signs of the exterior and doors and window guards being painted. Owner exercised her right to not let me inside her home. Owner was polite and cooperative and states only the exterior and one bath tub being worked on no evidence to the contrary will move to close out case |
