Supervisor Martin Romero called to come to the property due to T.E.P. has been on the property several time due to the meter has been removed and has a different meter giving power to the unit #4. Arrived and T.P.D. on site with the info on the tenant and the owner. The doors were locked and the bathroom window was opened and unable to lock. Did talk to the owners oon the phone and unable to get to the site to have the property secured and gave permission for the City of Tucson to have the property secured. Did have an extension cord going on the roof to a old cooler outlet for power into the unit through the bathroom window. No one home and had the 2-doors covered with plywood to not allow entry into the unit. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the copy of the Notice to Vacate the unit stapled to the plywood covering the front door. The owners will check the units and asked about the eviction notice and let them know as of now due to lacking electrical and the tampering of the meters on the electrical, that no one is allowed in the unit unless the owners are aware that someone is in the unit to remove items out or needs to pick up something.
