Had a fire on the upper unit and the water from the fire is dripping down through the ceiling. There is no fire damage to the unit and was only the water dripping in areas near the door and window in the front of the unit. The maintenance supervisor signed the paperwork and secured the unit once the tenant removed her items out of the unit for the night. RV. |
