The management open the door and found the tenant on the bed and OK. The house was filled with trash and debris through out the unit and not able to get to any of the doors and windows with out tripping. The unit was condemned and the electrical and the gas were removed at the meters and will request a reconnect permit to have the electrical and the gas turned back on. The front door was posted of Do Not Enter and the tenant signed the paperwork. A friend came and picked her up and going to come back and get the cats. The gas stove was covered with trash and debris. The counter tops were filled with storage and other items. Saw roaches crawling through out on the cat food and the on the trash and debris. The management changed the locks on the door and the tenant will need to make contact with the management to enter the unit to clean. The dead fronts are missing on the main electrical panel and the breakers were no marked. Had no access to the main electrical panel and had to go through the unit to gain access to the main panel. Once the tenant left the site and the management got their copies, left the site. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
