Communication called and T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and ID was on site taking the pictures. Was not able to look at damage due to into crime scene and still taking the pictures of the overall area. Did advise that the people in the house needs to be removed due to the block that was removed is not supporting the box beam. The carport is lacking one wood post and the middle post is leaning and does not have full bearing. The owner was not able to secure the house and the carport and gave permission to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the opening secured and install a tempoary post and move the middle post back into place. The owner signed the paperwork and went over going back into the house to clean and get items out of the house. The wires were stripped and were cut while on site and taped up and the electrical was turned back on. Arcaiden Industries used 4-sheets and 2-2 x 4 for the post on the carport. Was able to move the middle post back into place to hold the carport from falling. The owner signed the paperwork and left the site. At this time the case will be closed per administrator Rick Saldate due to the property secured and will be working with the insurance of the person who hit the building. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
