Arrived on site and found no one in trailer 3. Called manager slash owner who showed up at the property and stated unit 3 his vacant and tenant Kim Foster was evicted from the property for non-payment owner states there was an issue with the water system when somebody plugged up the vent pipe on top of the roof that has been corrected and no more issues have happened will move to close out this case |
