Went to the property due to the Fire Department was on site on 9-8-17 and inspector Martin Lopez was site to check the units at that time. I did not smell anthing that needed to be addressed and all the units are still vacant and the tenants are being placed in other units on the property. The management is in the process of hiring another company to do the repairs and will be meetting with them today or tomorrow. At this time the case will be closed per administrator Rick Saldate. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
