09/02/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a fire and the sprinkler head went off and has flooded units. Arrived and the units are still on site and pulling off. The fire units were trying to get the water out of the halls on 3-floors. Had a fire in #367 and the sprinkler head went off in the bedroom and put the fire out and flooded the other units. At this time the units that are being condemned are #162, #63, #164, #165, #166, #167, #168, #263, #264, #265, #266, #267, #268, #360. #361, #362, #363, #364, #365, #366 #367, #368. All the units were posted with Keep Vacant on the front door. A company came to extract the water from the floors on all 3-floors and units listed. The RedCross was on site for placement for a couple of days. The ceilings were leaking on the 1st and 2nd floors and some damage was done the furniture in the units from the dripping. The manager was going to change the locks to prevent entry into all the units that were condemned. The sprinkler head was replaced and the system was back on line. Will check in 10 days. RV.
