arrived on site to find couches along the rear off of Vine Avenue. Recycling and trash and debris had been recently picked up and only a small portion on the ground at this point. Tried to make contact while on site with management however no manager on site will call phone number on Banner, left message for manager of property both City recycle and City trash containers will move forward with notice of violation |
