Arrived on site, to find front area to include front of store clean and clear. Trash and debris along rear and both sides yards all clean and clear. No Trespassing signs up in rear of building. This continues to be a hot spot for homeless and violations will probably return again, but property now is cleaned, moved to close out this case |

Arrived on site and found trash and debris still at the rear of property and along south side of building. Called the Volk Company and left a message with Jeramy Price (326-3200) as he is with the management co. Was able to reach a supervisor for the real estate office in Fort Worth Texas. Who stated they never rec'd a notice of violation at this the main office. He will personally address this matter and work with COT to make sure all is taken care of. Also made contact with TPD officers about homeless possibly in front of building evident by cardboard boxes and shopping carts. They will check the location on Thursday, and I will follow up with them. |
