Met with the owner friend on site and talk to the owner by phone. The owner has Solar being installed on the roof and the friend is on site for the inspection. The owner gave permission to check the floor layout of the house and the added section where the mother lived until she died. The friend showed me around and will do research. The addition is attached to the main house and is not connected to the main house for living space. The addition was approved and the area is vacant and secured. All the utilities are together and not seperated. The friend stated that the unit has been vacant for some time. Will do research if approved with a permit on the added section separated from the main house. RV. |
