08/31/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET MANAGER ON SITE, MANGAER EXPLAINED THE ISSUES HAPPENING WITH UNIT #24. I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM AND TOLD HIM I WAS TRYING TO BE FAIR WITH HIM AND FORCE THE OWNER TO MAKE REPAIRS T THE PLUMBING SYSTEM . FOUND WATER NOT COMING FROM THE SEWER OR TIOLET BUT FOUND LEAKING BELOW THE TUB AND POSSIBLY THE SINK AREA. MANAGER REMOVED A PIECE OF PLYWOOD/SKIRTING SUBSTITUTE, WHERE WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE LEAKING PIPES. FIELD NOV'S WERE ISSUED ONE TO THE OWNER TO FIX THE PIPES AND ONE TO THE MANAGER TO MAINTAIN THE WATER PONDING ON THE PARK PROPERTY WEST OF THE TRAILER AREA.
