SOME UNATTACHED DOOR EFFECT RAPID EGRESS LOCATED IN FRONT OF ONE OF THE RESTROOM. THE BATHROOM LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE HOME HAS AN OUTLET WITH ROMEX CABLE HANGING NOT PROTECTED INSTALLATION IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT, THERE ARE WALL OUTLETS WITH DEAD RECEPTACLES. THERE IS ONE WALL OUTLET WHICH HAS DETACHED FROM THE WALL IS NOW SOLELY SUPPORTED BY THE MOLDED CONDUIT. THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME HAS ROMEX EXPOSED UNDER ROOF EAVE, THE AC DISCONNECT HAS MISSING FRONT COVER, BREAKER EXPOSED. THERE IS EXTENSION CORD ABUSE IN REAR ROOM WHICH IS BEING USED AS A BEDROOM. SMOKE DETECTORS HAS BEEN REMOVED IN MULTIPLE ROOMS.
THE CENTER BEDROOM HAS LARGE PILES OF CLOTHING ON THE FLOOR, RAPID EGRESS ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION. THERE IS AREAS OF THE HOME THAT HAVE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS SUCH AS ANIMAL FECES ON THE FLOORING IN THE BATHROOM AREAS, THE REAR ADDITION HAS WOOD DECKING AND JOIST WHICH HAVE DAMAGE AS FAR AS WATER AND TERMITE. THE CONCERN IS THE LIVE LOAD IN THESE AREAS WHICH CURRENTLY HAS BEDS AND ARE CONCURRENTLY HABITABLE AREAS. THE CRAWL SPACE OPENING ON THE NORTHSIDE OF THE DWELLING HAS NO DOOR NOR STAIRWAY TO THE BASEMENT AREA, THIS IS HAZARDOUS.
THE CURRENT TENANTS HAVE NOT MAINTAINED THE DWELLING IN A SANITARY OR SAFE CONDITION. THERE IS NO CONTROL OF THE DWELLINGS CONDITION. TUCSON POLICE HAS MAJOR ILLEGAL ACTIVELY WITH TENANTS. THESE VIOLATIONS AND THE ILLEGAL USE INTERFERES WITH THE COMFORT AND ENJOYMENT OF LIFE OR PROPERTY BY THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD.

OVER ALL CONDITIONS AND HAZARDS WERE EVALUATED BY SUPERVISOR AND ADMINISTRATOR,, PER ADMINISTRATOR ORDER THE HOME IS NOW CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY.

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE DAY TIME ACCESS ONLY 8 AM TO 5 PM.
A PAD LOCK WILL BE PLACED ON THE SERVICE PANEL ONE KEY WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE OWNER.
THIS HOME WAS NOT OCCUPIED BY THE OWNER BUT EFFECTIVE 8/24/2017 THE OWNER WILL NOW HAVE TOTAL CONTROL AND ACCESS PER NOTICE AND ORDER.

TPD DID EXPLAIN IF HOME IS BREACHED THE CITY OF TUCSON WILL BOARD HOME AS NEEDED.
