Met with the owner of the property and she has 6-people on the site at this time and one is leaving this week. The person leaving is waiting for the other location to be cleaned and prepped for the new person. A smoke detector is lacking in the hallway and will be placed. Door lock is hard to open in the bedroom and has a locked gated at the driveway. They did have police action on Friday and that's why the gate is locked at this time. Did let the owner know that the gate can't be locked due to blocking access to the handi-cap parking spaces. Has some new walls in the east side of the house and will have to check records. RV. |
