Arrived on site and met with the neighboring property owner who stated he was the developer of the manufactured homes which stretch 4 properties. His concerns were the front set back where this owner moved his fence and mailbox out past were he belives the property line to be and thus blocking his acess to a curb cut out to exit his property. Will have to research the setbacks on this.Porch additions were also done to this property which were not permitted in . Will do research and follow up on case |
