Arrived and no one home and was on site in the morning where a plumber was digging a trench for new wiring was going to be installed. The mobile home has electrical to the back bedrooms and nothing else. Not able to cook but has lighting to the bedrooms. Did talk to the contractor doing the work and lost a 1-Phase and not sure where the damage was done. Going to install new wiring in the next 2-days. Did go over that the permit is required and needs to be issued once the work is done to be inspected. Did do a N.O.V. and the manager signed the paperwork. Did talk to the supervisor Martin Romero and the tenants will remain in the mobile home due to this has been going on for over a month and the work should be done in a couple of days. The management will call when the work is going to be done if tomorrow or the next day. RV. |
