Arrived and trench has been dug out for another mobile home and the trench will address both mobile home for electrical. The mobile home has lost 1-Phase on the wiring from the transformer to the pedistal for the mobile home. The mobile home has electrical on half of the mobile home and not able to cook on the range due on 220 volts and only has 1-Phase. Did talk to the supervisor Martin Romero and this has been going on for over a month and have talk to the electrical contractor and should have the repairs done in a couple of days. The tenants will be able to remain in the mobile home and will check in a couple of days. The manager and the tenants did meet and talked while on site to go over on what is being done and what is going to be done. Issues on the rent due and buying meals due to not able to cook due to the range does not work with 1-Phase out on the electrical. Will check in a couple of days. RV. |
