Arrived on site and met with the tenant Miss Michaels showed me into the unit where I felt the AC blowing from front door. Checked the first register in the living room and found it blowing out cold the link of the wall to the kitchen. She showed me into the bedroom area for claims that that one was not blowing either. I found that register in that one bedroom blowing all the way to the TV and cold. She shut off the fan that was in the room and I checked it again and still register blowing out cold, checked the bathroom and found the same. She said she had been dealing with management I left her unit and headed to managers office where I ran into the maintenance man Jesus, who stated he had cleaned out the coils to her AC unit a couple of weeks ago and also changed out the exhaust fan and all is running perfectly, same as I found it today. Also put a call into Lizette manager who was still not on the property as of yet. She gave me the same information that the maintenance man, did at this point we'll move to close out the case. I instructed the tenant after unit does go down for her to call the City of Tucson once again |
