08/13/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TFD AND BUILDING MAINTANENCE, FOUND VAVLE STOP FOR THE TOILET HAD BURST IN UPPER UNIT #406, FOUND MINOR WATER DAMAGE IN THE BATHROOM, SHORT HALLWAY AND STARTING INTO THE MASTER BEDROOM. MAINTANENCE PERSON ALEX CALDRON HAD THE WATER REMOVED FROM THE HALL AND BATHROOM, FOSTER WATER RESTORATION WAS ON SITE TO REMOVE ANY WATER IN THE CARPET AND SET DRYERS/ BLOWERS IN THE UNIT. THE VALVE STOP FOR THE TOULET HAD ALSO BEEN REPLACED. THERE WAS NO OTHER DAMAGE.

UNIT BELOW #404 HAD MUCH MORE WATER DAMAGE, THE UNIT WAS A THREE BEDROOM UNIT. THE UNIT HAD TWO INTERIOR SUB PANELS ONE THAT FED THE KITCHEN AND EVERYTHING WEST, THE OTHER SUB PANEL FED EVERYTHING TO THE EAST. DAMAGE WAS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE UNIT, FOUND WATER IN ALL THE LIGHT FIXTURES ON THE WEST SIDE, POWER WAS TURNED OFF IN THE HALL SUBPANEL CUTTING POWER TO THE WEST SIDE OF THE UNIT. MAINTANENCE PERSON ALEX BEGAN REMOVING ALL LIGHT GLOBES AND COVERS TO EMPTY WATER FROM FIXTURES. FOSTERS WATER REMEDIATION MOVED FROM THE UPPER UNIT TO THE LOWER UNIT TO EXTRACT WATER. TENNANTS WERE BEING MOVED INTO UNIT 501 UNTIL WATER ISSUES ARE ABATED AND ELECTRICAL FIXTURES DRIED OUT. MANAGER NICKI AGREED TO LET THE UNIT DRY FOR 48 HOURS WITH BLOWERS INSIDE THE UNITT. NOTICE OF EMERGENCY ABATEMENT ORDER TO VACATE WAS ISSUED. NOV ISSUED FOR POSSIBLE WATER DAMAGE ALTHOUGH WATER APPEARED TO SEEP OUTSIDE THE WALLS NOT THE INTERIOR PORTION OF THE WALL
