FOUND UNITS NOT AFFECTED BY TREE DAMAGE WERE ALLOWED TO BE REOCCUPIED AND POWER HAD BEEN RESTORED.OWNERS STILL WORKING WITH INSURANCE COMPANY HOWEVER OWNERS HAVE HIRED BELFOR RESTORATION TO CONDUCT A PRELIMANARY INSPECTION FOR UNITS 106 AND 408 IN ORDER TO CONTINUE MOVING FORWARD. EFFECTIVE 8/10/2017 PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR UNITS 106 AND 408. UNITS WERE POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. |
