06/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The plans are waiting for the Board of Ajustment to be approved. The date is 7-25-18 for the grace period and final date of the meeting of the approval. Will check in 45 days. RV.
04/12/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner and the draftsman and they did have the neighborhood meeting at the site and no one showed up on 3-31-18 at 12:00 PM. The next step is to set up the variance and should be done by Friday. Will have to wait for the schedule of the Board of Adjustment meeting to check if it gets on the calender for the meeting. Will check in 60 days. RV.
03/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No change to the structures and still on the property. Did call the Architect and left a message to call. RV.
03/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with Mark Castro and Michael Taku from the historic review and the D.D.O. is now requiring a Board of Adjustment and that has not been requested as of today. Trying to call the owner and the Architect to check on what is going to be done. RV.

02/07/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner is trying to keep the porches where they are at this time and has filed for a D.D.O. The permit for the D.D.O. is T18PRE0010 and has been started on 1-12-18 and waiting for the approval and the grace period time to pass. The permit for the porches and the AC, T17CM08248 and applied on 11-3-17 and has some approvals and pending the approval. Nothing can be done until the D.D.O. has been approved. Will check in 45 days. RV.
11/28/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The permit for the wall has been issued, T17BU00552 on 11-28-17. The wall has been surveyed and the pins have been placed showing the property line. Still working on the approval for the porches and the AC. RV.
