The administrator called and wanted an inspection on the property due to work being done on the property and no permits issued. Arrived and found a footing just poured and CMU blocks on the property. The neighbors chainlink fencing has been removed and placed on the property. The neighbor is questioning where the footing has been placed due to pins have been found. The neighbor has a drawing and showing the measurements for the property lines. Did measure with the neighbor and found a metal stake in the ground that measures outside the footing that was poured. Did call the owner to the property to go over on what has been done. The owner has already built walls that are over 7' in height on the east and north side of the propery. The wall that is being built at this time is on the west side of the property. No permit have been applied or issued for the masonry walls. Did serve the owner of the property the N.O.V. for work with out permits. Will be looking at the porches and the AC on the roof to check if permit s have been issued. Did let the owner know that no work can be done until the permit has been issued and the pins installed to locate the property line. Will check records. RV. |
