Met with the tenant and she showed met the mobile home and what needs to be look at. Smoke detectors and the roof leaks from the cooler being used, master bathroom has a leak in the shower sink, broken handles or missing handles exterior doors not sealed, bedroom doors binding and lacking closet doors. Will do N.O.V. but have to find the owner of the property. RV. |
