Arrived on site and drove by the south side of the Doubletree did not hear any loud AC units, drove around the rear of the property and then along the east side of property again no loud machinery noise was evident. Went inside and was able to speak to the chief engineer who knew of the gentleman stopping by the property. Showed me to the cooling towers which were on the second floor of the main building, states when the temperature gets over 115 the system does get overworked and this is the main cooling towers for the entire property. The fans spin and make the noise he is complaining about. While on site fans were on and noise was very minimal. This system has been in place for the last 10 to 15 years with no change. There is a large parking lot then a street between residential property and the Doubletree and in between large mature trees will get with supervision and Ward 6 on my findings |
