Did meet with the owner of the property due to someone has dumped some more piles of trash and debris on site. Did let the owner know to have the property cleaned and call when completed. RV.

12/12/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to check the status of the cleaning of the property. No one on site and observed someone going into the rear yard and was not able to find him. While looking around did see the door on the RV parked on the side of the house opened and than closed. Did find 3-people in the RV and were asked to leave due to the property is lacking gas, electric and the water. Did call the owner of the property and he is in town and was coming to the property. The owner has been losing the property to the banks and did check and the property is still in the owners name and not in the banks name. Did have the citaition with me and when the owner came to site, he signed the citations. Did also serve the Notice to Vacate so that no one can stay on the property in the RV or in the house due to lacking utilities. Did do the posting on the front window of the house and the RV on the door side to enter the RV in the rear yard. Did go over on what needs to be done on cleaning the property, fixing the fencing and removing the vehicles from the property. The owner signed the citation and the Notice to Vacate and the building was secured while on site. Had to call T.E.P. to have the wires cut at the pole due to has added wiring to the wires on the top of the roof to give power to the RV and somewhere in the house. Will wait for the court date after 1-10-18.
08/29/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and took pictures for the citation. Will do Citation. RV.
08/28/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the tenant and has more items on the north side of the property going into the neighbors property. Did talk to the owner of the neigboring property and some of the items on the north side of the property has been placed by the tenant that moved out of the house. Did go over the items that need to be moved off the property and the cleaning of the property.
