THERE IS ONE EXTENSION CORD FROM 3125 N 1ST AV RUNNING ACROSS THE STREET TO THE UNIT AND PLUGGED INTO A POWER STRIP DEVICE, FROM HERE MULTIPLE EXTENSION CORDS ARE RUNNING INTO THE BUILDING. THE OPENING ON THE EAST SIDE GABLE END HAS MULTIPLE ROMEX CABLES RUNNING OUT. THERE IS ALSO AN EXTENSION CORD FEEDING THE COOLER. THE SQUATTER WAS ORDER OUT OF THE BUILDING. OWNER SHOWED UP AND TPD AND I ENTERED THE UNIT.
THE INTERIOR PANEL WAS REMOVED FROM THE WALL CAVITY AND TAMPERED WITH, EXTENSION CORD IS SPLICED AND CONNECTED TO THE INTERIOR WIRING FROM THE PANEL.
OTHER AREAS OF THE APT HAS EXTENSION CORDS COMING FROM CEILING AREA AND CONNECTING TO LIGHT FIXTURES. THERE ARE MULTIPLE EXTENSION CORDS RUNNING ON THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM. ALL THE RECEPTACLES AND SWITCHES IN EVERY OUTLET HAS BEEN REMOVED. SOME AREAS HAVE MISSING OUTLETS. THERE ARE OUTLETS WITH NEW ROMEX CABLES WHICH HAVE BEEN FEED INTO.
THE APARTMENT WAS CONDEMNED, THE EXTENSION CORD FEEDING THE UNIT WAS DISCONNECT.
NOTICE AND ORDER ISSUED ONSITE TO THE OWNER.
OWNER HAS CHANGED THE LOCK TO THE FRONT DOOR. REINSPECTION ON 8/04/2017 AT 1300
SPECIAL ORDERS ALL INTERIOR MATERIAL IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE APARTMENT.
REQUEST TO BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR CURRENT PERMIT T17CM03944 ELECTRICAL RECONNECT SHALL BE PUT ON HOLD.
