The structure has been reviewed in the past by the previous CE Administrator, the previous Building Official and the Ward. The determination was that a violaion would not be pursured at this time due to the level of non compliance in Zoning and Building. The complaintant did not leave a name or contact number so they can not be contacted to discuss furher deteails or the City challenges. Administrtor will wait until citizen re contacts in order to furher discuss. After such communication a determination will be made. At this point no structgural or electrcial immediate hazards were observed. TFD has jurisdiction over the Hood System. | |
