Talk to the property management and the tenant and all the work has been addressed at this time. The tenant received a 5 day notice due to turned in a bill for the pest control treatment and hasn't paid the rent due to the billing for the pest control. Did let the tenant know that due to the work has been done and the case will be closed and the other issues on billing is a legal issue. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
