No one home and called and not able to leave a message. Did call the property manager and gave the issue on the roof leaking. The management will look at the roof and stated that they had no complaints at this time. The tenant did call after I left the site and he stated that the roof leaks and that the drywall ceilings have holes and stains where leaking. The tenant did send pictures and called back the property manager due to the pictures and advised that messages and letters have been sent to the office on the roof leaking. Will call tomorrow on the results of the property management checking the roof. RV. |
