Arrived on site and met with neighbor, State all has been fine as lights have been turned off and have not been bothersome. Made contact with owner who ok'd me to give the caller his phone number just in case there are anymore issues they can work out between neighbors and not involve the City of Tucson. Will move to close out this case |
