Arrived on site however occupant was not home called and she was 10 minutes away so waited on site period was allowed into the unit. Noticed all Globes two light fixtures in every room to include rear porch we're missing. Dining room bedroom bathroom and rear porch. Bathroom area- window to bathroom does not lock, shower spicket is missing base plate. Kitchen area large holes in walk under kitchen sink. Old crank Windows both in front and rear of the apartment do not shut tightly and are allowing for rain and dust to enter. All smoke alarms in living room and bedroom tested operational will move to notice of violation |
