GRASS AND WEEDS EXCEEDS 6 INCHES IN HEIGHT ON THE PROPERTY. THERE IS TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY. CITY CONTRACTOR WILL BE SECURING 3 WINDOWS AND A DOOR.
