Per administrator Rick Saldate the case will be closed. All utilities are off at the meters and the house is vacant and secured. The owner has died and the family members are trying to get their name on the assessor records to move into the house. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

The son of the dead owner has made contact and was allowed to enter the property to grab some of his moms valuables. He did look around to check on what is in the house and looked at what needs to be done to move back into the house. When arivving the rear sliding glass door had been opened. The house has been ran sacked and items moved around. Arcaiden Industries was called to the property to open the front door to let the son into the house and re-secure the rear door and re-secure the front door once the son gathered it's items. Did get info on both people on site before entry was granted. Did go over on what needs to be done to get back into the house. The property is lacking all utilities and will need to be on before anyone can stay in the house. The follow up date will be kept on 8-22-17. RV. |
