Inspector Martin Lopez called that T.P.D. on site at 2:30 to have inspection done. The complaint states that the house has no utilities and people in the house. Did inspection and found where the water has a city lock due to tampering, the gas pinned with a red tag, the electrical meter has been removed. Did find the house opened at the front door and the rear sliding glass door opened. Also found some windows opened. Did have T.P.D. on site and the house was cleared. The owner has died and not able to find a responsible person to have the property secured. The house has signs of people staying in the house with finding of food and clothing in different places of the house. Did call the administrator Rick Saldate and was given permission to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured on all the openings of doors and windows. Had the openings covered with plywood. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the rear electrical panel. Due to no owner for the property did the posting of the Notice to Vacate on the front door on the plywood. Pima County Animal Control was called by T.P.D. to the site due to had 3-dogs in the house.
