Was Called out by 911, after inspection found that unit 3 had a fire and was a total loss,and damaged eletrical couldn't isolate to unit 1 and 2, will need Lic. Electriian to isolate power to #1 and #2 will be posting unfit to occupy and mailing notice to owner, will be needing to obtain all proper permits and clearance from TEP for unit 3 at the rear of property. |
