Arrived on site to see new solar panels on top of home research showed those were all under permit. Gates were open so I was able to knock on front door however no answer. Gates were also open to the carport, which was clean and clear. Had an instructed view of east side of the home and no new construction was seen. At this time we'll move to close out case |
