TPD ON SITE AND ARRESTED BURGLAR USING THE VACANT BUILDING TO LIVE AND STORE STOLE ITEMS. THERE WAS NO OTHER METHOD TO CUT POWER TO 2311 E BROADWAY VIA CUT POWER AT THE POLE WITHOUT EFFECTING 2309 E BROADWAY. TEP STATED THEY WILL ONLY CUT POWER AT THE POLE OR PULL THE METER. THE POLE WAS THE ONLY OPTION SINCE THE TAMPERING WAS AT THE SERVICE ENTRANCE CONDUCTORS. |
