The sewer line has been cleared and found paper towels and rags in the line that came out with the snake when pulled out. The smoke detectors have been installed and the cooler has been repaired. Have talk to the tenants and on when the other items can be done. Will check in 20 days. RV.
07/12/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner on site and not able to enter the property. Did go over the issues that need to be address by tomorrow as the smoke detectors, the sewer line cleared, the cooler water line changed and made to not leak. Due to not able to enter the property and the owner will need to make arrangements to enter the property, the owner will call in the afternoon to give update on issues addressed or when scheduled. Will check in a couple days. RV.
