Both were in unit this morning at 9:30 am with living room area at 75 and bedroom at 72 with livingroom window open. I arrived at 11:00 with tenant not home maint went in and same test done with outside temp at 104. bedroom out the register read 66.0 both rooms cool, this is a chiller system to entire complex. Management dealt with same claims from this unit lat nite aswell. Will move to close out this case |
