Did talk to the tech. who worked on the unit and made some adjustments on the fan blades and the compressor. Was getting a reading of 55 degrees to 59 degrees out of the the supply side and on the return 87 degrees. I did go and check the house and the vents were reading 73 degreess to 78 degrees on the supply side. The owner did provide a portable unit for tonight and will check on how it does tomorrow. The tenant has kids and they have asthma. The tenant has been checking the kids and has been giving treatments with the high heat. They will be allowed to remain in the house and will check on the condition tomorrow. The contractor who has a warranty on the unit will still be on site to check the unit on Friday or Saturday. Will check with the tenant tomorrow. RV. |
