INSPECTION DID FIND A PALM TREE NOT BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK BUT PALM FRONDS CAUSING A PERSON USING THE SIDEWALK TO WALK TO ONE SIDE CLOSEST TO AN AREA WITH GRAVEL LANDSCAPE AND GRAVEL SLIDING ONTO THE SIDEWALK AREA. BUILDING IS PRESENTLY EMPTY. NOV TO FOLLOW. |
